Robert I. Usdan

Robert I. Usdan is a Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of Endicott Capital, a private equity firm in New York that currently specializes in the data and information services industry. Since Endicott’s founding in 1996, he has been instrumental in leading the firms’ hedge and private equity investment funds in the financial services industry. Rob has extensive experience working with management teams and Boards of Directors in executing operating, capital market and mergers and acquisition strategies. He has served on numerous public, private and non-profit Boards and is currently the Chairman of American Business Bank in Los Angeles, a community bank serving the needs of privately held middle-market businesses. Rob attended the University of Virginia where he holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies with a minor in Art History.
