Terri Steingrebe

Terri Steingrebe specializes in helping early and growth stage organizations understand how to establish the financial capacity needed to achieve their mission. This includes building a team or outsourcing services, setting up critical financial reporting, financial grant management, audit preparation, payroll, and A/P and A/R services. Terri’s approach is based on her 25 years of experience in growing tech companies of various sizes, her work as CEO scaling a non-profit that provided services to low-income families, and her most recent work with UTEC managing three social enterprises and working as CFO to move the organization from $4 to $16 million in five years building out the finance, HR, and IT capacity. Terri is a graduate of Penn State University.
